At just 45 years young, Josef brings an impressive range of experience as a hands-on manager, successful entrepreneur, and esteemed external advisor. He's now set to channel his expertise at Conen Group, further shaping our future success. He knows firsthand that achieving profitable growth in technical sales is about much more than luck. It requires sustainable structuring and a clear company direction, led by top-tier management.
