Full speed out of the crisis
Pandemic, crisis, shortages... let's look ahead into the future together! 👀
Progress instead of regress
Lack of raw materials, Covid-19-pandemic, delivery problems, shortages – these words are currently on everyone's lips. In perceptions one crisis is chasing each other. Customers are insecure, suppliers and manufacturers try to control the market damage –
we will no longer participate these methods!
Yes, we are affected by raw material shortages as well.
Yes, this leads to delayed deliveries either.
However: we do not leave this time wasted, because we want to hit the ground running highspeed and better than ever as soon as possible!
In huge steps we are heading towards
industry 4.0. Contrariwise to the subdued atmosphere we hit the ground running! That's why we are highly investing in our manufacturing sites. In this newsletter we will explain why this are good news for you and how you are going to benefit.
Investemts - Conen Group is investing for a powerful future
Capacity expansion
We are expanding our production capacity within the company group! We are doubling the manufacturing volume for electric lifting columns until the end of the year. Thus, the
expansions are providing you more reliability in planning your projects.
Planning dependability is key for any future projects and currently of extreme high relevance. For this purpose, we are bringing
two brand new robots into service, expanding our column production on our Morbach site. These robots enable the implementing of one additional production line. At our Borchen site we are currently constructing two brand new welding robots.
Modernization of the production
Exclusively expanding the production is not enough and insufficient for us! At the same time, we are
modernizing our fabrication and production lines at all our sites. On our Borchen site an old punch press is expanded by a brand new, contemporary laser slicing machine. Band conveyors are installed at our Morbach site for
accelerating individual operations and for making numerous physical operations more ergonomic and gentler. In future we will be
able to make more deliveries. To achieve this goal, our truck loading areas at our Gonerath and Niesky sites have been renewed. Furthermore, we are adding new loading ramps, which are currently under construction.
Whether it is a replacement or a capital-widening investment: procuring new technique and machines is active employee health protection. Nevertheless, we are sure that every employee working ergonomic is delivering better outcomes! Our goal is it to start of this crisis much stronger than before –
progress instead of regress. For this reason, we are not only improving our operating funds and resources but optimizing operating processes and delivery periods.
Yours,
Conen Group
